Title : Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Remote (Washington, D.C. (Remote; occasional onsite meetings possible)
Contract To Hire
Hours: 20 hours per week
Job Description
Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing processes within the end client. This is a non-technical position focused on ensuring quality standards, control, and assurance across projects. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, update existing procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the PMO.
Responsibilities:
Quality Planning:
- Collaborate with the PMO to review the existing Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- Identify gaps and propose updates to quality standards, checklists, report templates, and processes.
- Ensure alignment with new processes and project requirements.
- Quality Control:
- Update existing MS Excel Quality Control Workbook templates.
- Create new templates as needed to incorporate Program and Project standards.
- Adapt to changes in the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and PgMLC.
- Quality Assurance:
- Examine quality control review results, checklists, change requests, and tracking data.
- Summarize findings for executive review and oversight throughout the contract duration.
